Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs and Information
We provide convenient, contactless delivery within New Zealand, except for Stewart Island, Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island and the Chatham Islands.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be clearly shown at checkout.

If your address is classed as rural by the New Zealand Courier System and you choose standard shipping, you will receive an automatic reply requesting the rural delivery charge. Rural orders are sent once this payment is received. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical address at checkout.

Production and Dispatch
All products are made fresh and by hand. We aim to dispatch orders within one to two business days. During busy periods production may extend this timeframe slightly.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS if provided.

Delivery Timeframes
South Island non rural: usually one to two business days after dispatch.
North Island non rural: usually two to three business days after dispatch.
Rural delivery: usually an additional twenty four hours.
Couriers provide these timeframes as a guide only and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Local Pick Up
Pick up from our kitchen is available by agreement and must be arranged in advance. Collection times need to fit within our production schedule. Full details will be confirmed once your order is placed.
