Order Deadlines for Christmas Delivery:

In order to receive your purchases in time for Christmas, please place your orders by the following deadline:

Standard Shipping: Orders must be placed by 15th December 2023 to ensure delivery before Christmas. Orders between the from the 16th -20th may still arrive before Christmas - contact us for advice. Orders from the 21st onwards, will arrive after Christmas.

Please note that these dates are based on our best estimates, and we recommend placing your orders as early as possible to account for any unforeseen delays.

Shipping Locations:

We currently offer shipping throughout New Zealand. We are unable to the Hauraki Gulf Islands, (such as Waiheke Island), Stewart Island, or Chatham Islands.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status and estimated delivery date.

Additional Notes:

• During the holiday season, shipping carriers may experience increased demand and potential delays. We recommend planning ahead and placing your orders early to avoid any disappointments.
• We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues.
